Technical Components Formatting

  • Figures: Must be clear, sharp, and follow a formal style. All text within figures must be written in Indonesian; decimal numbers must use a period (.) rather than a comma (,). Captions must be placed below the figure, numbered sequentially (e.g., Figure 1. Caption text). Cite them by number (do not use "above" or "below").
  • Tables: Must follow a formal and consistent style. All text within tables must be written in Indonesian; decimal numbers must use a period (.) rather than a comma (,). Titles must be placed above the table, numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1. Title text). Cite them by number.
  • Equations: Must be created using an equation editor (not inserted as images). Each equation must be assigned a sequential number placed consistently on the right-hand side. Cite them by number in the body text.

References and Citations Requirements

All references and in-text citations must consistently follow the IEEE citation style under the following conditions:

  • The manuscript must cite a minimum of 15 references.
  • All references must have an active and accessible DOI.
  • Journal names in the reference list must be written in full, not abbreviated.
  • Self-citations must not exceed two items.
  • Author Listing: List all authors if there are three or fewer; for more than three authors, list the first six authors followed by et al.

Article Withdrawal & Inactivity Policy

Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawal is discouraged after submission. Before peer review, a formal request stating the reason is required. After peer review, requests require editorial approval with valid reasons. After acceptance, withdrawal is strictly prohibited unless severe ethical concerns are proven.

Author Inactivity: If an author fails to respond to a review or revision request within six months, the manuscript will be considered inactive and removed from the submission system. Repeated inactivity may lead to temporary submission restrictions.
